LOWKEY is a multi-faceted creative studio located between Silver Lake and Echo Park in Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in smooth and deliberate electric tattooing – just the way you like it. Our in-house gallery displays original work by esteemed artists celebrated locally and globally alike. LOWKEY’s vision unites creatives in the pursuit of inspiring and engaging with our city’s community, and creating and curating high quality art work for the masses.


LOWKEY’s originator, Austin England, has spent a decade tattooing professionally in Los Angeles. His dedication and passion for illustration is evident as he brings his client’s visions to life. Booking a consultation or appointment through our website is simple, with the option to request custom designs or pre-drawn original flash for your next tattoo.


Our gallery space is immersive and welcoming – with 15’ high ceilings, sleek concrete flooring, and brilliant lighting, LOWKEY’s gallery is the perfect blank canvas for emerging and established artists to showcase their work in a group or solo show setting.
